Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American singer-actress. The most notable recognition was given to her for her role as Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). The year 2015 saw her played her role as Jerrica Jem on the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey was an actor with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her childhood. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speaker of the class in 2012. Harvard University was willing to admit her. But, she declined the offer twice. The second time was because she wanted to play in Nashville. Peeples played as a character in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as and Grey's Anatomy (2005). She also had a recurring role in Necessary Rustiness (1991). She appeared in made for television films Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. She played Layla Grant, a major character in The Good Mother, a Nashville second season drama. In 2019, Peeples talked about having bipolar disorder in an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire has named Peeples among the most skilled actors who are under the age of 20 in September 2014.
